Good News!

Michigan upsets #4 UCLA, and #20 USC loses to Seton Hall. What does this mean to us die hard, Go Big Blue Fans! Nothing really, except that this gives ESPN something else to talk about for a few days. Duke also had 14 turnovers in the first half tonight against Southern Illinois, although they went on to win convincingly. They did not look like a #5 team in the country, and once again they are overrated.

Thank God

ESPN has something else to talk about for a few days. I cannot stand those guys!

Yep, and Bobby Knight is

the most negative individual I’ve ever listened to. He’s just upset he can’t throw chairs or telephones anymore.

Hey I love Knight

He was over the top in his emotional games, but a great coach!

But he hates on UK,

because he’s best friends with Digger and Coach K.

Well ...

… I thought Knight was one of the few voices of reason in the UNC game. He was not nearly as negative as some of the other analysts.

I’ve always had a lot of respect for Knight’s basketball knowledge if not his lack of humanity to his players.

Knight....

What really liked about him, was that he talked about the game that was being played on floor in front of him. What more can you really ask of an analyst? He gave credit to the Saluki’s when they did something good, even though he has a bond with K.

I did take great joy counting the turnovers for Duke out loud. SIU plays great hard nose D, but they were out-coached is the 2nd half. Adjustments were made at the half, for which there were no answers on Southern’s bench. Chris Lowery is a very good young coach, and deserves a lot of credit for he has accomplished with the players that he is able to convince to come Carbondale. Which is not technically in the middle of nowhere, because where I grew up at, 50 miles away, is the geographical center of nowhere.
