He Gets It, Of Course

Mike at CardChronicle.com has a excellent post up about the many reasons he loves basketball. Its an even-handed yet passionate diary of his heart; I think you'll find your heart beats in the same rhythm too.

Great link. Thanks. I find myself in the same position many times.....very late, very sleepy, needing to go to bed since I am up early the next morning and being unable to turn off the game... watching two teams I have never pulled for.....or that one player that has great moves that I have not seen yet....just because they are playing a great game of college basketball. Explaining why one is a rabid fan is as simple and as difficult as extoling the virtues of being married to someone who is single or being a parent to someone who is not. You either know the reasons and the joys or you just don't get it. Thanks that so many of us "get it".

It was ...
a great post.  I left a complimentary comment on his site.

Thanks for the heads-up, FGM.

Seeing Red
Although my eyes burned from all of the red on the page, I still enjoyed the piece.

Thanks for the link, Fake.
