Around SBN: Terry Collins, David Wright, And The Mets/Brewers Kerfuffle

Mr. Smith doesn't go to Charlotte?

Leave it to the media rumor mill and whomever is the Kentucky coach will be coaching somewhere else next season.

Then again, more than a few teams have played dumb while scouting their next head man.

On Thursday, the Bobcats were the latest team to debunk interest in the Kentucky coach, telling multiple sources, including the Cincinnati Enquirer:

"There have been absolutely no conversations with anyone about anything related to a job with the Bobcats."

I guess Jay Wright (or Mark Few, or Tom Izzo ...) will have to wait a little longer to roam the Rupp sideline.
